Billing & Subscription
Muse Back-end, technically known as Mobile Back-end as a Service (mBaaS) is an online service which allows you to create or edit your app, publish content regularly, maintain your app beyond its publication and interact with your users. This is hosted on our servers and is enriched with new features daily. You benefit from these innovations automatically, as long as you have a subscription.
Yes, you may switch subscriptions. You have the option to modify the billing periodicity (monthly or yearly). You can also upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
We accept payment through Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or via PayPal. Other payment methods might be made available, for yearly subscriptions only.
No, we don't offer a trial as being the nature of the product. But yes, you can check and test our platform by applying for a Lifetime Free lite version of Progressive Web App or you can even ask for a demo.
When and if you cancel your subscription to Muse, your app will no longer function. To reactivate it, you simply need to re-subscribe. As long as you have a history of at least 1 month paid subscription, your project will be stored for the duration of one year, beyond which it will be permanently deleted.

Progressive Web App (PWA)
No. There are no extra fees associated with creating and publishing your Progressive Web App.
A Progressive Web App operates within a browser. It combines the best of web concepts and mobile apps. Muse Back-end operates Progressive Web Apps with Angular JS 4.0. On mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop, they offer a one-of-a-kind user experience.
Yes, all domain extensions are managed. You can assign a domain name to your PWA in all paid plans and your users will thus access it through the URL of your choice.
The management interface lets you edit the main html tags for your PWA. Each page also has its own URL and the our engineers have designed the code in such a fashion, along with reducing the generation time so that the indexation by search engines is optimized.
Your PWA will be accessible from your domain name just a few hours after its been set up.
You have the option to purchase extra push notifications for $0.15 per 1000 push. The additional push notifications purchased can be carried over from one month to the next, until they've been used up.
Native Mobile App (Android and iOS Apps)
A Native app is an app built with the native language of the device on which it will be installed. The app is fast, smooth and delivers outstanding user experience. The Muse GRAVITY's iOS and Android apps are 100% native.
For a Play Store publication, you can count on about 24-48 hours.
The iOS version of your app is built and published by us, under your Apple developer account. In order to ensure that your project complies with the App Store guidelines, our teams run a thorough review of your app before getting started with the submission process. This step, which is mandatory before submitting to the App Store, requires human intervention. We are committed to carrying out this step within 96 business hours. Apple may take several days to review your application and publish it in the App Store.
Yes, our engineers work to ensure that your app operates seamlessly with each evolution of your phone’s operating system.
On your end, you need only to make sure that you update your app with the latest version of the Muse Back-end.
If you have a Full or Advanced subscription you are allowed to purchase extra push notifications at the cost of $0.15 per 1000 push.
Remember that messages sent with Beacons or Geo-fencing do not fall under the quota of push notifications, only the manual and automatic push do. The extra push notifications that you purchase can be carried over from one month to the next until you use them up.
Muse Back-end (mBaaS)
Muse back-end is the technology which allows you to create, edit, organize and deliver your app & its content to your audience: images, logo, audio files, text, you name it. You are the sole owner of the app and its content, either if it is created by us or via our back-end and will remain so.
Also the app will be made available under your business account name on Google Play Store as well as on App Store.
Yes, the native app as well as the PWA. Upon first launching the app, the content is cached, thus allowing later usage offline. The native app relies on iOS or Android’s SDK features while the PWA relies on the service worker set up in the browser. PWA's work offline in all browsers except for Safari.
Several Muse apps have over a million users. Our technical infrastructure is equipped to support a high amount of traffic. There is no limit to the number of users who can browse your app. You can choose your plan according to the space needed inside the app.
You can display advertising within your app, either through an external ad network or by using our internal ad server. You can also publish a paid app on the App Store and the Play Store. Muse GRAVITY takes no commission on the revenue generated from your app.
